Sleep: How to Increase
Mood & Productivity
As part of this workshop, we explore sleep as a tool for our own self-care, how sleep can impact mood and productivity, and the importance of prioritizing sleep in our everyday lives.
Sleep is one of the most underutilized medicine we have in our self-care roster. This program is designed to help leverage sleep as self-care for individuals and employees by integrating mindfulness and sleep training techniques.
I believe in an inclusive, collaborative approach for all of my services. When working together, you can rest assured that your unique needs and perspectives will be considered. Being a facilitator first and prioritizing capacity building and profound organizational change.
My core approach is rooted in mindfulness practice, which includes somatic work with the body to anchor the mind and the heart in the present moment with warmth and compassion.
