welcome

Please make yourself comfortable. Relax. Stay for a while. Explore this space with your senses. Let's be mindful.

Can you smell your favourite candle aroma that sits on top of your nose?

Can you hear the ambient background music to soft rock notes that gently flow into your ears?

Can you feel the fabric on the chair you are sitting on? And the old big, cozy, sweatshirt that you owned years ago wrap around you?

Can you see green plants and the flowers that are blooming straight ahead of you? Can you see pastel pink walls and images of the destination of the ocean, mountains, skies, and sunsets above you?

And taste, can you taste the lemon tea, its tartness, and a touch of sweet honey?

Welcome, to your therapeutic space.

My Why

Thank you, for allowing me to witness your vulnerabilities, the tears of pain, the frustration that has been pent up in your mind and body. I am genuinely thankful for your openness to the possibility of working together. We will start in a place of hospitality.

My personality offers friendliness, kindness, and genuine sincerity to help achieve your desire, your hopes,
and dreams.

I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 15-years. My commitment to clients is unwavering. I strive to create a safer and braver environment for people to share disclosures and intimate details of their life. I know I have accomplished this is when you can express fearlessly what is on your mind.

Welcome back, if you are a seasoned client, or if you are a first-timer I commend you on taking the first step, allowing faith to be bigger than your fears and worries. I will take the lead in facilitating a place to discuss complex and, at times, uncomfortable content. However, you will take the lead in building a better life. I am aware that everyone's comfort level is different, and I am committed to building confidence in your communication skills.

It is of the utmost importance to me that you are heard, seen, and respected.

The core principle that surrounds my work ethic; I am deeply interested in creating strong therapeutic relationships with you but more importantly, support connections with others who matter to you. I will build rapport with you in the room and have an empathic ear and heart.

Unconditional positive regard is another principle I hold closely to my heart when working with clients. I will offer continuous support and acceptance, especially when you feel you had hurt someone or did something wrong. I am committed to showing care because we are all human. We are not perfect beings. I am deeply motivated by what matters to you. What is it that you are chasing for? Looking into the "why" to support you in your goals. I will offer compassion to you and everyone I work with because I care about people's well-being.
